• Perform annual site visits for the life of the development
• Utilize industry leading “Integratec” reporting system designed specifically for monitoring and reporting for affordable housing tax credit properties
• Complete construction management oversight including review of disbursements and monitoring construction timeline
• Monitor development lease-up
• Monitor tax and legal compliance, including review of initial tenant files
• Obtain internal and third party certifications, including appropriate insurance certifications
• Evaluate watchlist properties and assist in problem resolution
• Review systems, financial, operations and compliance reporting
• Produce annual, quarterly and monthly investor reports
